The libraries hold 24,600 national company law duties, every duty of every companies act, organised by the situation a business is in rather than by article number. Section downloads are free against a free account. The libraries sit beside the ComplianceSME register of 87 European and United Kingdom regulatory instruments, 9,904 obligations catalogued at article level, each carried with its article citation, the duty holder it binds, and the evidence that discharges it.
The free layer now covers the GDPR dashboard, open in full, the free EU AI Act checker, which tells a company plainly whether it is in scope of the Act, and the company law libraries of all twenty-eight nations. It is the largest free compliance library for small businesses in existence, addressed to the 31.6 million SMEs across the twenty-eight nations.
The paid toolkits stand on that free ground, and each one teaches the regulation before any work begins. Every instrument ships with its own training file that takes the person at the desk from novice to competent operator. A business does not need to hunt for compliance staff in a market that has few to offer: the toolkits turn any appointed person, from any background, into the company's own compliance expert. In one demonstration, a single operator took a firm through every article of the EU AI Act, deferred provisions included. Two days of work produced a 345 page assessment, each risk flagged with the step that closes it.
